European Banking Giant BBVA Selects illuminate Solutions’ Correlation Database to Build IT Department Data Mart
Large multinational financial services group needs to better understand how to improve management of internal IT processes, cut spending.

The IT department of BBVA selected illuminate because they need to be able to analyze the company’s hardware and software systems in order to better control day-to-day usage of the information system infrastructure as well as forecast future IT requirements. In addition, the department needs to study the activities, consumption and behavior of the different software applications and processes, including load and usage patterns of the available hardware and network, in order to detect cost-intensive processes, incidents and trends.
